Our goal at Marisa's Skin Care is to offer the best possible service to our clients and we do our best to accommodate your busy schedules. Last minute cancellations, overlooked appointments don't allow us to run our business smoothly. We are always understanding that circumstances may arise which make it impossible for you to keep your scheduled appointment. Please be informed of our booking policies below.

Cancellation Policy
In order for us to offer your appointment time to other clients we ask you give 24 hour notice for cancellations. If an appointment is cancelled within the 24 hour period this will result in requiring a credit card to reserve future bookings and a payment of 50% of missed appointment and new appointment in full. If there is a frequency of cancellations, we reserve the right to hold credit card or discontinue booking appointments.
No Show Policy
Any appointments missed without notice will require a credit card be held on file for future bookings. For overlooked appointments a 100% repayment of your missed appointment will be charged upon rescheduling and new appointment will be charged at time of booking. Online booking is disabled for no show appointments, booking is required through the salon.
Late Policy
If you have not attempted to contact us regarding being late for your appointment, we reserve the ability to offer up your spot to another client. Depending on the duration of your service, after 15 minutes we may attempt to reach you to confirm/reschedule. If an appointment is overlooked & no attempt is made to reach us, please refer to our No Show policy.
